10. GENERAL GUARANTEES
All products in our store are guaranteed at a national level for 2 years against any manufacturing defect.
Only the guarantee that indicates 5 years related to our mattresses Viscoelástica, and it cannot be applied to any other product on our store.
In order to use the guarantee, it will be necessary to present proof of purchase, the start date of the order will be the delivery date of the product.
In case of getting a defective product, Eccox will proceed as appropriate, i.e, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract. These process will be free of charge for the consumer and the user. The seller is liable for faults that become apparent within two years from the delivery of the product. The consumer and user must inform Eccox about the lack of conformity within two months after the fault has become apparent.
The guarantee does not cover:
Any deformation or damage caused by improper use: dirt, water or fire damage, excessive loads, spilling liquids, inadequate cleaning products, spots or repairs made by anyone other than our company.
