1. THE DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 working days, by courier and to the address and owner provided during the purchase process.

We offer free shipping on all purchases.

Free shipping costs will only be applicable for deliveries to the Peninsula EXCLUDING the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Europe. In these cases, the customer will be informed in detail of all costs generated by the shipment, including customs duties, if applicable (maximum €200) and the shipment will only be made once the customer has previously authorized and paid all costs generated by their shipment.

For cash on delivery payments, the transport agency applies an additional fee of 4% on the purchase value with a minimum of €3 for the collection service.

2. THE ORDERS

They are considered delivered when the customer signs the receipt of the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the packages and any anomalies due to damage to the material or non-correspondence with the delivery note.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

3.1. ORDER CANCELLATION

The buyer may cancel their order before delivery by emailing info@eccox.es or by calling our Customer Service number 902918144.

The buyer will receive the full amount of the purchase, except for the amount of the shipping costs if they have been incurred and the product is already in transit. This can be verified with the tracking number assigned to your order. The amount of said purchase will be refunded to you within a maximum of 10 days from your desire to cancel the order.

Shipping costs will depend on the type of product you have purchased and are as follows:

Mattresses and sleeping equipment €50

Bed accessories and pillows €10

Toppers 30€

These same shipping costs will apply in the event that you receive the order and reject it at the time of delivery, in which case the full amount of your purchase will also be refunded, deducting these shipping costs.

3.2.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

What is the right of withdrawal?

It is the right of the consumer of a good to return said good within the legal period of 14 calendar days, without having to allege or give any explanation in this regard, which is what is understood as Legitimate Return.

In compliance with current regulations, you have the right to this withdrawal, except in cases where the Law explicitly excludes it due to the very nature of the product:

-Products for which, for reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, such as mattresses, pillows and bed linen.

- Customized or custom-made products for the client.

- Products with special measurements, i.e. more than 160 cm wide and more than 200 cm long.

In all other cases, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Eccox reserves the right to request photographic material from the user of the merchandise in question to verify its condition.

The return must be made in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. Within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the return, Eccox undertakes to refund the amount of your order.

Products that are not considered returnable for hygiene reasons may only be returned if they have not been unsealed, even if they have been opened and repackaged in their original packaging, except if they are covered by the Total Satisfaction Guarantee , which is only applicable to our Viscoelastic mattresses.

If you buy one of our mattresses and you are covered by the Total Satisfaction Guarantee , once the product has been unpacked you can only exchange it for another of the same category or higher, but in no case will you have the option of a refund, except for a factory defect.

Eccox undertakes to cover the shipping and return costs in the event of a defective product or an error in the order. If the causes are subjective reasons of the customer, we will not refund the shipping costs and the customer will bear the costs arising from the return.

Description

The Natur Grafeno mattress incorporates the innovative viscographene technology that combines the adaptability of viscoelastic and the thermal conductivity of graphene, effectively dissipating heat for a pleasant rest without heat build-up. In addition, the ionizing effect helps to discharge the static energy generated by movements produced while we sleep, improving the quality of sleep and helping to reduce stress. It repels all types of microorganisms and foreign bodies, providing a more hygienic sleep.

The Bio Confort Plus foam core is a highly resilient material that efficiently supports the weight of the body and maintains its properties for rest throughout the life of the mattress. Its padding with the new Natur GRAFENO system provides a feeling of comfort and a “cloud” effect. In addition, it provides an optimal temperature and total breathability at any time of the year thanks to the layers that make up the mattress.

The firmness of this mattress is medium-high and does not apply pressure to any of the 11 sleeping areas. It provides perfect bed independence and you will not notice any movements.

Padding on the top cover: 5 cm of Natur GRAPHENE + supersoft viscoelastic padding for comfortable support and thermal regulation.
High Density HR Bio Comfort Plus Core: Open pore structure, regulating the best temperature for each season of the year. This mattress represents the new generation of mattresses manufactured without springs. The foam we use makes the mattress always return to its original shape.
Double sensation of comfort: Thanks to the new Natur GRAPHENE system that provides the sleeper with a double sensation of comfort, thus increasing the perception of the “Cloud” effect. With absolute breathability, a total distribution of pressure points and complete freedom of movement on the mattress.
Optimal Temperature: Thanks to the GRAPHENE SENSE system and the incorporation of two independent air chambers made of three-dimensional fabric, a constant air output is produced, which provides fully individualized thermal insulation and which, together with the three-dimensional area of its base, guarantees air flow in a 360º environment.
Side panel: high-end velour fabric padded with the latest generation ultrasound, with luxury checkered finishes.
Quilted Top Side Cover by Cover: Each cover is manufactured individually so that the pattern is centered and the seams have greater depth, achieving maximum volume and correct distribution of pressures and minimizing nocturnal movements. For this reason, this type of quilting is only used in high-end mattresses.
Bottom padding: 3D Air Fresh three-dimensional fabric in grey for high ventilation.
Piping: Special safety stitching on the piping for better compactness.

TREATMENTS AND CERTIFICATES OF OUR MATTRESSES:
Sanitized® hygienic function (specialist in antimicrobial textile treatment) that protects mattresses against the formation of mould and algae, reduces the presence of mites and offers long-lasting protection.
Anti-humidity: Because it is made with a state-of-the-art fabric, it results in optimal air circulation. Preventing the accumulation of humidity, keeping the mattress ventilated, creating the perfect temperature while you sleep.
Silent: Thanks to its structure and composition, it does not produce any noise during the movements our body makes while sleeping.
Bed independence.
Likewise, our mattresses have been created to respect the correct alignment of our spine while we rest.
All the fabrics we use to manufacture these mattresses comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 regulations (products free of harmful substances).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, CARE AND WARRANTY:
The mattress is shipped rolled and vacuum packed.
It is advisable not to use the mattress until 10 hours after unpacking.
Protect it with a cover or protector. Vacuum it at least once a month. Remember that it should be on a uniform surface and not leave gaps that cause deformation.
Turn it frequently.
