1. THE DELIVERY

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 7 working days, by courier and to the address and owner provided during the purchase process.

We offer free shipping on all purchases.

Free shipping costs will only be applicable for deliveries to the Peninsula EXCLUDING the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Europe. In these cases, the customer will be informed in detail of all costs generated by the shipment, including customs duties, if applicable (maximum €200) and the shipment will only be made once the customer has previously authorized and paid all costs generated by their shipment.

For cash on delivery payments, the transport agency applies an additional fee of 4% on the purchase value with a minimum of €3 for the collection service.

2. THE ORDERS

They are considered delivered when the customer signs the receipt of the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the packages and any anomalies due to damage to the material or non-correspondence with the delivery note.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

3.1. ORDER CANCELLATION

The buyer may cancel their order before delivery by emailing info@eccox.es or by calling our Customer Service number 902918144.

The buyer will receive the full amount of the purchase, except for the amount of the shipping costs if they have been incurred and the product is already in transit. This can be verified with the tracking number assigned to your order. The amount of said purchase will be refunded to you within a maximum of 10 days from your desire to cancel the order.

Shipping costs will depend on the type of product you have purchased and are as follows:

Mattresses and sleeping equipment €50

Bed accessories and pillows €10

Toppers 30€

These same shipping costs will apply in the event that you receive the order and reject it at the time of delivery, in which case the full amount of your purchase will also be refunded, deducting these shipping costs.

3.2.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

What is the right of withdrawal?

It is the right of the consumer of a good to return said good within the legal period of 14 calendar days, without having to allege or give any explanation in this regard, which is what is understood as Legitimate Return.

In compliance with current regulations, you have the right to this withdrawal, except in cases where the Law explicitly excludes it due to the very nature of the product:

-Products for which, for reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, such as mattresses, pillows and bed linen.

- Customized or custom-made products for the client.

- Products with special measurements, i.e. more than 160 cm wide and more than 200 cm long.

In all other cases, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Eccox reserves the right to request photographic material from the user of the merchandise in question to verify its condition.

The return must be made in its original packaging, in perfect condition and unused. Within a maximum of 10 days of receiving the return, Eccox undertakes to refund the amount of your order.

Products that are not considered returnable for hygiene reasons may only be returned if they have not been unsealed, even if they have been opened and repackaged in their original packaging, except if they are covered by the Total Satisfaction Guarantee , which is only applicable to our Viscoelastic mattresses.

If you buy one of our mattresses and you are covered by the Total Satisfaction Guarantee , once the product has been unpacked you can only exchange it for another of the same category or higher, but in no case will you have the option of a refund, except for a factory defect.

Eccox undertakes to cover the shipping and return costs in the event of a defective product or an error in the order. If the causes are subjective reasons of the customer, we will not refund the shipping costs and the customer will bear the costs arising from the return.
